복용방법 :
타히보차를 테이블스픈(식사스픈)으로 가득 8 스픈과 물 16컵(200cc 기준)
을 넣고 5분 동안 끓여준후 다시 15분 정도 약한 불에 다려서 따뜻하게
마십니다.
최소 하루 1잔 이상 음용하며 치료를 위한 목적으로는 8잔 이상을
마십니다. 오래 드실려면 2번 이상 우려 드셔도 됩니다.
